Favorite splurge restaurant in Honolulu. Always great food and impeccable service (without being snooty). Elegant enough to be a perfect anniversary date, but accommodating enough to have small children. I always get the short ribs, which are super tender and flavorful. My wife recently got the salmon risotto, which was perfect. Don't miss the haupia coconut dessert, if you're not already stuffed!

The best place I have ever eaten to in Oahu! The restaurant itself decoration is not up-skill but it feels nice and a little fancy. The service was great, the waitress was nice and friendly, very careful of our needs and questions. I ordered a cocktail Mr Guava Lava to start. It was delicious and I could not taste the alcohol at all. Very dangerous ;)

The food is exceptional, extremely creative. The server was attentive and knowledgeable. Very good bread rolls are brought around with regularity. My only criticism would be the drink I had. I ordered Beefeater's gin in the rocks. They didn't have any and the drink that did come was stingy--one ounce of gin. It was the only disappointment this Midwesterner had.

Questions & Answers

,i think you will pay for 100 dollars per person if you share all the dishes

They conduct open interviews every Wednesday 1100 to 1300 per their site. Google Alan Wong Career to see specific info.

A buffered budget of around $100/person allows you some wiggle room. If you plan to drink, add another $50/person.

Yes... I think so

Yes

This is such a subjective question. Appetizer? Dessert? Drinks? Alcohol? All those items and especially the alcohol can have a drastic difference price. The alcohol alone could easily become more expensive than the rest of the meal. Having said that if you assume for 2 people share an appetizer, dessert and limit yourselves to one moderately priced drink each I think something around $100 each would be a reasonable budget.

Valet service offered

Really depends on how you order. Bottle of wine, two apps, & two entrees could get you near $300. Prix fixe, when available, can reduce cost.

noyes

Best value is the The prefix dinner (around 5 items a few appetizer with entree and dessert) is around 95$ with wine pairing is around 140$ which changes depending on events/holidays Appetizer is atleast around $14-24 each entree will be atleast around $40-60+ Dessert around 14$
